The Coldharbour Institute actively stewards the 343-acre Coldharbour Ranch, located seven miles east of Gunnison, Colorado. The ranch serves as our living laboratory — a place where we research, teach, and apply regenerative practices that improve the health of working lands and watersheds.
A 2.5-mile stretch of Tomichi Creek flows through the property, and 243 acres are protected under a conservation easement. This diverse landscape provides opportunities for restoration, research, education, and hands-on stewardship that engage our community and inform our work throughout the Gunnison Valley.
